We invested in a state-of-the-art Body Scanner to help break down exactly what is going on with our member’s body. There is a common obsession with “weight loss” and has become a toxic trait of the industry. Your body weight does not give enough variables to establish your health statistics. With our Body Scan we can monitor exactly what makes up your body weight and make changes according to your goals and readings from the machine.

We believe that recovery is as important as the training and nutritional side of living a healthy lifestyle. You have seven day access to Limitless, but we know training 7 days a week isn’t realistic or even necessary, so one of the best ways to relax and recover is through one of our incredible sports massages. Available 7 days a week and any time within our opening hours.

Your average PT in Liverpool will charge you £300 p/m for ONLY 2x sessions per week or £500 p/m for ONLY 3 x sessions per week. If you want or need any more support, then you will have to pay more. With Limitless you can have 1 service a day, 7 days a week and not just training! We have massage, stretching, circuits, community events, run club, hike club and monthly challenges all for no extra cost!
