Platinum is £600 per month — and here's why that's exceptional value.
The membership includes 4 x 1-1 personal training sessions per week, unlimited access to our recovery suite, inclusive sports massage, and 28 day priority booking. If you were to pay for those services individually in Liverpool PT sessions at £40 each, recovery suite at £20 per visit, massage included... you'd easily spend £1,500–£1,800 per month.
Platinum gives you everything for a third of that cost. The more consistently you show up, the better value it becomes.
Gold+ is £420 per month, which works out at £105 per week.

Most of our members came to us having never trained consistently before, or having tried other gyms and not stuck at it. That's not a reflection on them, it's a reflection on the environment. A busy commercial gym with no guidance isn't built for beginners.

We'll build your programme from scratch around you, your fitness level, your lifestyle, and what you actually want to achieve. Most members tell us they wish they'd found us sooner.

No. Using our booking system you have full control over the time of your sessions. Choose a time that works around your schedule.
Every session is 45 minutes. However, you have as much access before or after you session to complete the warm ups or stretches our trainers give you following your initial movement analysis. This gives our trainers time to ensure you are properly warmed up, able to complete a full 45-minute workout and have time to grab a protein shake after your workout. The last thing we want is for you to feel rushed and cram your session into 30 mins like many personal training sessions.
You will be greeted by one of our trainers and shown around our premium facility before grabbing a free drink. Jump on our body scanner before using our goal setting booklets to set out your plan of action.
